An all inclusive educational assessment that provides educators, parents and families with critical information regarding a child's development and skill set.
Observation, social history intake and formal assessment are used cooperatively to evaluate cognitive, fine motor, gross motor, receptive/expressive language and social emotional development.

Children may be eligible for an evaluation during the year in which they turn three through the end of the school year in which they turn five.
All children residing in the NYC area are eligible to receive an educational evaluation at the request of their parent or guardian.
Educational evaluations provided through the Committee on Preschool Education (CPSE) are free of charge.

Evaluations will be conducted at LE Children Services located on Staten Island, unless an alternate location is requested by the child's parent or guardian.
Please contact our coordinator to discuss alternate evaluation locations. We will do our best to accommodate location requests.
